Business is Business (Blackberry Randoms)

I Love the Music Business and everything it touches as far as business. But what I can't stand is people in this business or in business period who either don't have any get up about themselves or any follow through. If you have a client who has come to you with a project and you accept don't lose communication with them. If you know you are bad with time managment (like I am) get someone to manage it for you its very easy. Google has several tools that can help you help someone else manage your time for you and your projects. I hate when I know people are filled with talent and I know that what's going to hurt them is there inability to follow through. Business is Business though we have to become friends to a certain degree to do business but its still business don't treat me any different than any of your other clients. Recognize that the business you do for me is potential to get other business realize how you treat me effects what I tell other potential clients. I know I have been guilty of this in the past which is why I can so easily talk about it and help you out. Time waits for no one and there is no age limit on success but let's handle our business and follow through with our clients so we can all get to where we want to be. Second thing to all of you trying to get to where you want to be create your on plan, come up with your own ideas. Don't use another persons model of how they do there business or who they do business with as your on. That's not good practice. Its different if you do that and your making moves but if you do that and your not doing anything people tend to look as you as being a shady business man. Business is not rocket science its very simple when you think about it. Put your ideas on paper. Then map out who and what it will take for u to get to where you want to be. Talent is another thing but if you look @ the industry and in Business in general the most talented people are not the ones at the forefront. Just dropping knowledge from the BB people! Holla Back!
